Personalised homefeed
Your feed now surfaces personalised content items based on your scores and data. With smart triggers to keep content relevant and timely, you'll get expert tips and tricks to improve your sleep, health and fitness.

Prompts & Reminders
Get timely prompts and helpful reminders to help you to stay on track, celebrate your progress, and never miss an update. We've also added practical prompts, like letting you know when your band needs charging.

New Trend Tracking
Compare your sleep and body scores over the previous 7 days, giving you a clearer, quick view of how you're progressing throughout the week.
Updates & Improvements
New Heart Rate homefeed visual, with a graph added to view your heart rate throughout the day.
Hub page updated to match the app's latest visual styling.
Amendments to how step and activity progress is displayed for a more accurate read.
